The Most Valuable Resource
Last Wednesday, when I attended Westlake Church's Exchange Student night, I spent a while speaking to Dean Rizzo, the EPFL's Dean of Basic Sciences. We were discussing the superb quality of the Swiss education system, when he said something that caused me to stop and think:
